1.     PROMOTER AND PRIZE DRAW DATES:  The Promoter of this prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is JCC Lighting Products Ltd. The Prize Draw begins on June 14th, 2024 and ends on July 14^th, 2024 (the “Prize Draw Period”). Within the Prize Draw Period, there will be seven separate prize draws, one for each matchday listed in Paragraph Six below. There will also be a prize for the entrant with the most points overall in the tournament at the end of the tournament. By participating in the Prize Draw each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of JCC Lighting Products Ltd., company no 03044848 whose registered office is at Lux Park, Chichester Business Park, City Fields Way, Tangmere, Chichester, West Sussex, PO20 2FT, United Kingdom.  (“Promotor” or “JCC”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.  

 
ALL TEAMS/PICKS MUST BE SUBMITTED PRIOR TO THE START OF THE APPLICABLE MATCHDAY. THE PRIZE DRAW PERIOD WILL RUN  FROM JUNE 14^th 2024 UNTIL JULY 14^th 2024.
 

Proof of submission is not proof of entry or receipt by Promotor. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO OTHER METHOD OF SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED. All incomplete, unreadable or unintelligible entries and any other entries not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. Promoter shall have the absolute right to determine if an entry is in compliance with these Official Rules without notice to the person attempting to enter. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. 

ELIGIBILITY: Only legal residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry are eligible to enter into the Prize Draw. Promoter, and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, joint venturers, affiliates, successors, assigns and any other entities involved in the development, production, implementation, administration and fulfillment of the Prize Draw, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and representatives (collectively, the “Promotion Entities” and “Released Parties”), and the Immediate Family Members and Household Members of such individuals are ineligible to enter the Prize Draw or win a prize. “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings or spouses. “Household Members” shall mean those persons (whether or not related) who share the same residence at least 3 months a year. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. 

2.BY ENTERING THIS PRIZE DRAW, EACH ENTRANT CERTIFIES THAT THEY MEETS ALL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND AGREES TO ACCEPT AND BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS OF THESE OFFICIAL PRIZE DRAW RULES 

3. THE CUMULATIVE VALUE OF ALL PRIZES TO BE AWARDED TO ALL WINNERS IS APPROXIMATELY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED POUNDS (UK £2500.00). The Actual Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. Any difference between the ARV and the actual value of a prize will not be awarded to the winner. 

4. This Prize Draw is intended for play in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland only and shall only be construed and evaluated in accordance with United Kingdom laws as set forth below. Do not enter the Prize Draw if you are not located in the United Kingdom. 

5. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Prize Draw, an eligible individual must have a team in the UEFA Fantasy Football league and join the JCC Lighting league using the league code fjheTh, On each matchday the winner will be the entrant that scored the most points on that specific matchday, not neccessarily the person with the total points to up to that date. A matchday is defined as per UEFA rules, and may consist of multiple days. For the purposes of this promotion, specific matchday periods are defined in Section 6 below. An additional prize will be provided to the person that scores the most points throughout the entire tournament. Before the tournament and prior to each matchday, JCC will announce the Prize Draw on Linked, Print Media, and/or Instagram.

If multiple people score the same on any matchday, a winner will be chosen at random by software.  

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully received due to a technical fault (including technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure) of any kind or for any other reason. 

By entering the draw, you consent to receiving direct messages and/or emails from Promoter and/or its licensees and assignees, including but not limited to its agents, relating to the Prize Draw. FOR MOBILE USERS – This Prize Draw may not be supported on all mobile devices. Data rates may apply. You will be charged according to your mobile phone service provider's rate plans. Please consult your mobile phone service provider regarding rate plans.  
 
Incomplete Prize Draw Entries, including but not limited to those Prize Draw Entries that do not address the requirements set forth in these Official Rules, will not be eligible. Proof of posting/sending does not constitute proof of actual receipt by Promoter for purposes of these Official Rules. Prize Draw Entries generated by script, macro or other automated or improper means and Prize Draw Entries made by any means which subvert the participation process will be void in Promoter’s sole discretion. By entering the Prize Draw, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promoter, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Prize Draw. 

ALTERNATE MEANS OF ENTRY: Entrants who are unable to use the UEFA Fantasy App may enter by emailing marketing@jcc.co.uk or mailing a letter to JCC Lighting, Lux Park, Chichester Business Park, Tangmere PO 202FT,  containing the subject heading JCC EURO 2024 PRIZE DRAW, as well as their list of players/picks. Entries must be RECEIVED no later than June 14, 2024.

6. PRIZE: There will be 8 winners in total. Each winner will receive the specified prize after each of the matchdays across the tournament. The prizes will be specified the day prior to announcing the winner. The prizes for the winners are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so, and without giving notice. Winners may  only win once per stage. I.e A person may only win once during Matchdays 1, 2, 3, but may win once more during Matchdays 4,5, 6. Winners in the early stages remain  eligible for the overall tournament prize.  

Prizes will be distributed as shown in the chart below. 

In the event that the selected winner of the Prize is ineligible or refuses the Prize, the Prize will be forfeited and Promoter, in its sole discretion, may choose whether to award the Prize to another entrant in the Prize Draw. The prizes for the winner are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so, and without giving notice. Unawarded or unclaimed prizes will not roll over to the next Day Entry Period.   

7. PRIZE AWARD PROCESS:  Prizes will be awarded to the person that scored the most points on that matchday, or where multiple entrants score the same a random Prize Draw drawing. There will be 8 prize winners total (1 prize winner per announced matchday, and one overall tournament winner).  Prizes will be chosen by the Promoter and announced =within 2 business days of each matchday, with the overall tournament winner being chosen and announced within 2 business days after the completion of the tournament. The winner selection procedure for choosing the winner will be fair and impartial. Winners will be chosen based on their total number of points each matchday, as calculated by the UEFA Fantasy League. Potential winners will be notified via JCCLighting social media platforms and will be required to contact us to claim. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with the Official Rules, cannot be reached or fails to respond to any notification attempt within the time period specified by Promoter, fails to complete and return any required paperwork, affidavit, or release, fails to accept the Prize, or if any attempted notification or Prize delivery is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. If the Promoter wishes to select an alternative winner, Promoter will select this alternative winner as the next highest scorer from amongst all eligible Entrants. 

8. WINNER DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION: The prize will be awarded to the person named on the applicable entry subject to verification of eligibility of entrant and the validity and/or originality of their Submission and the terms of these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, entrant will be deemed the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. For purposes of these Official Rules, “Authorized Account Holder” shall mean the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Proof (to Promoter’s satisfaction in its sole and absolute discretion) of being the Authorized Account Holder may be required by Promoter. It is solely the responsibility of the entrant to notify Promoter in writing if the entrant changes entrant’s email address during the Entry Period. 

10. PRIZE CLAIM PERIOD: Winners will be notified within 28 calendar days of the Day Entry Period closing. Time is of the essence in awarding prizes. Accordingly, if a potential winner or the potential winner’s guest fails or refuses to sign and return any and all applicable Prize Claim Documents within 14 calendar days, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries. The prize will be sent within 60 days.  

11. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning a prize are a function of a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the number of eligible entrants members of the league. Precise odds of winning are therefore unavailable. 

12. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION, LICENSE TO USE and LIABILITY RELEASE: By participating in the Prize Draw, each entrant agrees: (i) to be contacted by Promoter or Promoter’s designees via social media, telephone, email and/or postal mail regarding the Prize Draw; (ii) that Promoter and Promoter’s designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) to use, print, publish, reproduce, distribute, display and publicly perform participant’s name, image, likeness, photos, voice, statements, biographical materials and/or other attributes of entrant’s identity (“Likeness”) in any manner whatsoever on and through any Media (including, without limitation, in online postings of the winner’s name and social media account, if applicable) throughout the world and in perpetuity for advertising, marketing and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law; and (iii) that entrant releases, discharges, indemnifies and holds the Released Parties harmless from and against any liability for any damages, injury or losses (“Losses”), to any person (including death) or property, of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize awarded to entrant pursuant to this Prize Draw, entrant’s participation in this Prize Draw or any Prize Draw related activities, or from Promoter’s and/or Promoter’s designees’ use of entrant’s Submissions or Likeness in the manner permitted herein (including, without limitation, any Losses relating to claims based on intellectual property infringement, defamation or violation of the rights of privacy, publicity or moral rights). All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants must comply with the rules of this Prize Draw, and with all other applicable terms and conditions, including the UEFA’s General and Fantasy Terms and Conditions, available at https://www.uefa.com/termsconditions/.
 
Prize Draw Entries by automatic, programmed or like methods will be disqualified. Improper, incomplete, mutilated and illegible entries will be disqualified. This Prize Draw is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Promoter reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the website, attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Prize Draw by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs), intends to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Promoter or otherwise acts in a disruptive manner. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PRIZE DRAW MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  
   

13. NO AFFILIATION WITH THIRD PARTIES. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the UEFA, the UEFA Fantasy League, Facebook, Instagram, any other social network, or Amazon, Inc. (Amazon and Amazon.com are registered trademarks of Amazon, Inc.) You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.   

14. RIGHT TO MODIFY. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw in its discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice.   

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant based on an email address, the entry in question may be disqualified subject to the Judges’ discretion.  
   

15. IDENTIFICATION OF WINNERS/OFFICIAL RULES: To obtain a copy of the Winners’ List for this Prize Draw, winner’s names will be available 28 calendar days after the Prize Draw’s closing date by emailing the following address: marketing@jcc.co.uk, and including “JCC monthly prize draw Winner’s List Request” in the subject line. 16. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION: By entering the Prize Draw, you grant the Promotion Entities permission to share and otherwise use your entry, email address, social media account handle, name, and other personally identifiable information for the purposes and within the context of the Prize Draw (including, without limitation, for administration, promotion and prize fulfillment). Such personally identifiable information may also be used by the Promotion Entities in order to verify the participant’s eligibility to participate in the Prize Draw. Personally identifiable information will be used by the Promotion Entities exclusively for the purposes stated herein, in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy posted at http://www.jcc.co.uk/privacy-policy/ and current UK data protection legislation, and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. By participating in the Prize Draw, entrants hereby agree to Promoter’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Promoter’s Privacy Policy.    

17. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties shall not be responsible or liable for any: (i) losses, damages or other injuries of any kind resulting from entrant’s participation in the Prize Draw or any Prize Draw-related activity or from entrant’s acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize(s); (ii) incomplete, inaccurate, illegal, illegible, damaged, stolen, garbled, delayed, late, lost, misdirected, misrouted, mutilated, postage due or undeliverable, unintelligible or scrambled entries, emails, information, affidavits, releases or communications regardless of method of transmission; (iii) error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in or failed transmission, or interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; (iv) miscommunications, failed or malfunctioning computer hardware or software or technical failure; (v) printing, typographical, human administrative or technological errors appearing in these Official Rules or any screen shots thereof or in any other Prize Draw related content or materials; (vi) other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, computer, electronic, mail or otherwise; or (vii) claims for invasion of privacy, rights of publicity, trademark or copyright infringement, defamation, negligent or intentional affliction of emotional distress. The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to any person’s computer, computer system, computer software or hardware, handheld or wireless device, or other property resulting from participating in the Prize Draw or use of the Promoter’s website. The Promotion Entities make no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law with respect to the prizes. Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with, disrupting or undermining the participation process or the operation of the Prize Draw or to be acting to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, in an unsportsmanlike manner or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, and the Promotion Entities reserve the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event Promoter is prevented from awarding any prizes or continuing with the Prize Draw as contemplated herein due to causes beyond Promoter’s control (including, but not limited to, war, strikes, acts of God, computer viruses, worms, bugs, technical failures, tampering, hacking, fraud, unauthorized human intervention, public health crisis, federal, state or local government law, order or regulation or court or judicial order) then, subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Promoter shall have the right to suspend, modify or terminate the Prize Draw. Should the Prize Draw be terminated prior to the end of the Entry Period, Promoter reserves the right to award prizes based on eligible entries received before the date of such termination. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued in accordance with applicable laws by a duly authorized representative of Promoter. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision and in the event any such provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. Promoter’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or any other provision of these Official Rules.  
   

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: As a condition of participating in this Prize Draw, entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Prize Draw shall be governed by English law, without respect to conflict of law doctrines, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. In any such dispute, entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including attorneys’ fees.   

19. GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: All details and other restrictions of prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Promoter in its sole discretion. No winner can transfer, assign or redeem for cash their prize or any component of the prize. No substitutions will be allowed, except Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of comparable value (as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion) if a prize listed or any component of a prize listed is unavailable for any reason. If for any reason, Leviton’s website or any third party social media websites fail or are unable to be utilized by any participants, no substitute prize or additional compensation will be awarded and the winning entrant and Promoter will have no further obligations to such winning entrants. Promoter may award a different prize, in its sole discretion, if it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible entries. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Prize Draw promotional or informational materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern. Each winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes resulting from acceptance of the winner’s prize and the reporting consequences thereof. All other costs and expenses not specifically described herein as part of the prize are solely the responsibility of the respective winners.
