IK10 & IP65 rated, for tough environments
With IK10 protection against impact, the Toughbay™ range has been designed and engineered for ultimate durability. The range is entirely IP65 protected against dust and moisture, and is designed to withstand extreme operating temperatures from -40ºC to +60ºC.
High efficiency, up to 150 lpcW
High output industrial lighting with up to 150lpcW and a CRI of 84, ensuring a true representation of colour throughout its life. Available in 100W, 150W and 200W options.
1-10V dimmable as standard
All products within the Toughbay™ range are 1-10V dimmable as standard. Unlike traditional industrial light fixtures, Toughbay™ and Toughbay™ Retrofit are ideal for use with control systems to further maximise energy savings.
Ready for an emergency
Toughbay™ is available with a 3 hour maintained emergency pack to ensure a safe exit in the event of an emergency. The pack utilises an LED indicator that protrudes from the fitting, ensuring the status of the charge to the batteries is clearly visible from below the fitting. (Not available for Toughbay™ Retrofit).

Microwave on/off or microwave dimming options are available for all variants when paired with our Toughbay™ Microwave dimming sensor & Toughbay™ Microwave Remote - LEV71808 (sold separately).

Optional surface mount bracket available
Allows for installation onto flat surfaces with directional control, ideal for applications which require wall or ceiling mounted fittings. Available for 100W, 150W & 200W (not suitable for use with emergency or microwave variants).
